Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. This means items should be free from stains, odors, and signs of wear. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged item, or the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your recent purchase within 30 days and placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@sarahbellcollective.com.
