Orders & Payments

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

An account is not required to place an order. You can check-out as a Guest, but setting up an account provides easy access to your order, faster returns, as well as quicker check-out next time.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Notification of shipment will be sent once processing is complete.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipment, an email with a tracking number will be dispatched. If your order has not been received within 12 days, kindly contact us providing your name and order number.

How long until my order arrives?

I didn't get my order, what should I do?

We’re very sorry you did not receive your order. If you haven't received your order within 12 of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will assist you promptly.

Orders placed with Sarah Bell Collective may be canceled if we receive your request before the order has been processed. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us promptly at hello@sarahbellcollective.com.

If you wish to request a return after receiving your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@sarahbellcollective.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
